For Dry skin types, cleansing once a day is recommended. The skin still needs a little sebum to keep it glowing and supple. A night time cleansing routine is advisable to get rid of dirt accumulated during the day. A Moisturizing cleanser is advisable.
For sensitive skin types, an organic cleanser free from harsh ingredients is advisable to prevent inflammation of the skin.
For Oily skin types, cleansing in the morning and at night is advisable to help keep oil production at bay, prevent clogging of pores from dirts and oils. This also applied to Acne prone skin, cleansers help to get rid of bacteria, dirt that could lead to more breakouts. Cleansers that contain Salicyclic acid or Benzoyl perioxide are good for fighting acne.
Get cleansers that suit your skin types or gentle cleansers that can be used by all skin types. Avoid changing products too frequently, use a product for at least 3 weeks to see a difference.
